Health and Safety Information

• Fans are reminded to stay hydrated before and during the event.
• If you begin to feel ill on-site, please return safely home or seek medical attention at the First Aid station.

Gift Distribution
For security reasons, you must use a clear plastic bag if you plan to distribute gifts to your guests.

Mobile Devices

Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used. Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week. Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use. No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage). Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.  Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas. Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media. All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.

Smoking Restrictions
All hospitality areas, including both inside and open-air venues, are non-smoking.

Hospitality Signage

The Championship will provide signage with your company’s name (no logos) that identifies each hospitality suite. Map directories at hospitality entrances will identify specific locations and enable guests to find each hospitality suite.

Additional signs or banners on the exterior of tent structures or on fencing are NOT permitted. Signage and banners may be placed on the inside back or side walls of private suites. The Championship must approve the placement of all additional signage.

Prohibited Items
No cameras or camcorders are allowed during competition days (Thursday – Sunday). No food, coolers, ladders, signs, banners, cellular phones, radios, televisions, firearms, or weapons of any kind will be permitted on the grounds. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or taken from the grounds of Firestone Country Club.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found will be located at the main admission entrance until gates close each day. After gates close, all items will be transferred to the front desk of the Championship Office.
