Spectator Information

Admission Gates
Open: 

  • Wednesday, July 12: 7:00 a.m.
  • Thursday, July 13: 9:00 a.m. 
  • Friday, July 14: 8:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, July 15: 8:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, July 16: 8:30 a.m.

Hospitality areas close a half hour after play has been completed.


Credentials and Parking Passes
Distribution of your credentials and parking passes will begin in May/June if paid in full.  Hospitality tickets and parking passes will be distributed digitally via the TicketMaster Account Manager platform.  An email with the tickets will be sent to the main contact on your Hospitality Purchase Agreement.  

Depending on your hospitality package, some physical parking passes may still be sent via FedEx.  Those with Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 10 parking passes will receive those passes digitally.  Lot 6 and Champions Way passes will still be physical hang tags. 

Credentials must be presented for admission to the event and again for admission to the private hospitality area for wristband application. The Kaulig Companies Championship and Firestone Country Club are not responsible for lost or stolen credentials.

Inclement Weather Policy
If inclement weather is in the vicinity, spectators will be advised on the electronic scoreboards. Spectators are encouraged to seek shelter (e.g., ticketed permanent hospitality venue) when this weather warning is given.  If inclement weather occurs, spectators should avoid the following: bleachers, bodies of water, tall or isolated trees, metal or wire fences, golf carts, open fields, telephone poles, hilltops, and temporary tents/structures.  All temporary on-course hospitality tents/structures must be vacated immediately if there is inclement weather.  If capacity is reached in your permanent hospitality venue, please return to your vehicle.  Do not presume that play will be canceled for the day.  Re-entry to the grounds will be allowed following a delay in play.  Please follow our website, Facebook, and/or Twitter feeds for the latest weather information.



Hospitality Signage
The Championship will provide signage with your company's name that identifies each hospitality area. Guests will be able to locate certain areas of the course with the course maps posted around the course.  The course map will also be posted in the Digital Spectator Guide.


Will Call
Due to digital tickets and parking, there will not be a will call booth at the tournament.
